Grand Ole Opry pauses performances until April 4th
Dear Opry Friends and Family,
As you were previously notified, the Opry has suspended all events through April 4 in the interest of the health and well-being of our guests and employees. To make things as easy as possible for you and to accommodate all impacted guests as quickly as possible, we will issue you a full refund for show and tour tickets, as well as any add-on events you may have purchased. Your refund will be credited back to the credit card within 14 days. There is no need to call or email our Customer Service team – they have already begun to process these refunds.
We sincerely thank you for your feedback and your patience, and we hope to see you back at the Grand Ole Opry soon! In the meantime, please tune in to our Saturday night broadcasts on Opry.com, 650 AM WSM, WSMonline.com, and our mobile apps as we pay tribute to our radio roots.
At this time, all shows after April 4 are proceeding as planned. If you have a question pertaining to an event taking place AFTER April 4, please contact us one week prior to your show or tour by visiting opry.com/contact. Include your name, order number, and email address on the supplied form so that we can respond to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.
